All about adjectives!

 

Adjectives

Adjectives are used to describe noun. Here's a few that we will focus on:

number	size	shape	colour
two three four	big small large	round long square	black white yellow

We can combine the adjectives to make the nouns more interesting. For example:

The bear The big brown bear

Notice that I start with the size and followed by the colour  of the bear.

Sometimes, we use adjectives to make comparisons

Sometimes when we want to compare between two things we will add -er to the adjective, followed by the word than. It will look like this:

The boy is tall (er) + than the girl. The boy is taller than the girl.
