Students of 3 Bestari, 3 Dinamik and 3 Impian had to come up with their own map. The map was inspired by GoogleMap. Students had to mark their home on the correct street. Some of the students pointed out our school and the mosque.

Today we had the Larian Merentas Desa. Students came as early as 7.30 am for the event. The winner of the whole event was the Green House

I'm coming home

Yesterday students of 3 Impian and 3 Dinamik sang an adaptation of the song "I'm Coming Home". This was in line with the Year 3 topic "Home Sweet Home". The lyrics had been changed to suit the topic and the students' proficiency. Let's see how 3 Dinamik sing it!



3 Harapan also sang in their own ways. Despite the heavy rain, they were able to sing loud and clear!

Sending messages across.

Last week, more than 100 letters were sent by the Year 3 students. The letters would be sent to their 'friends' which were unknown to them. If the address is written properly, the letters should be able to reach the students' home within a week. Each student needed to paste a 60 cent stamp on their envelope to ensure that the postman did not get angry! This is a format of writing a simple letter to a friend:

The letters were then sent to the post box. If you are living in Kuala Lumpur or Ampang, you should put your letter into "Kuala Lumpur sahaja".

1st day of school

Yesterday was the first day of school in 2012. 290 students enrolled in Year 1. There were many parents who came by to give support to their children. It was absolutely a wonderful day!
