Action Song Year 1 Performance
Yesterday, Year 1 students were involved in the Action Song competition, which was the biggest event of the English Language Month (ELMO12) for Level 1 students. Before the Action Song began, the Year 3 students were involved in a crossword puzzle.

ELMO12: Year 4 NiE activity
Year 4 students from 4 Bestari to 4 Dinamik were engaged in an exciting NiE activity. The students were actively cutting and pasting pictures using the newspaper. This activity was done to stimulate student's interest in reading the newspaper.

What is Blogbuster?
This blog is currently being evaluated based on 'Blogbuster'.
But, what is Blogbuster?
Blogbuster is a concept where students are engaged in a lesson both in the classroom and in the virtual world. Students will provide scaffold for their weaker peers so that everyone will be able to be at the top together. It is also similar to 'blockbuster', as students will return to this blog for the sake of enjoyment and satisfaction. If you have any comments and suggestion, please leave your comment below. Your suggestions are highly appreciated, as this blog is built upon students' aspiration, and your contribution.
Blogbuster ialah suatu konsep yang membolehkan murid melibatkan diri dalam matapelajaran di dalam kelas mahupun di dunia maya. Murid-murid akan menyediakan perancah kepada rakan sebaya mereka yang lemah supaya semua orang akan berada di tahap atas bersama-sama. Konsep ini juga sama seperti 'blokbuster'. Murid akan mengunjungi blog ini semula untuk keseronokan dan kepuasan. Sekiranya anda mempunyai sebarang komen mahupun cadangan, sila kemukankannya melalui komen di bawah (anda boleh menggunakan Bahasa Malaysia), kerana blog ini dibangunkan atas aspirasi murid-murid dan juga sumbangan anda.

NiE Templates
Hi,
The NiE templates will be out on 13th of April (Friday). All you have to do once you have the paper:
1. Do a cover page
2. Start working on your content!
3. Make sure it is about 300 words
The theme of this year's competition is "Why English?". So, you can write about anything related to English language, for example: Your experience in English Classroom, the history of English, how do you use English everyday, English and Technology etc.
Tips:
1. You can divide your work so that it would be easy to get 300 words (1 person does 60 words)
2. Pick one interesting topic to work on. Brainstorm on ideas!
More tips coming soon.

Farewell Madam Theva!
Today was the last day of our great teacher, Madam Theva. She has been in our school for about 10 years. We are very happy to have met her.
Elmo had a chance to meet her too!

My Travel Journal: Movie Magic at Universal Studios – Feb 2012

Last month, my family and I went to the Universal Studios, Singapore (USS). USS has many themed zones based on famous movies like Shrek, Madagascar, Jurassic Park and many more. My favourite is the ‘Far, Far Away’ zone which has a huge castle like the kingdom in Shrek the movie. My brother’s favourite is the Jurassic Park. We had so much fun taking photos with the famous characters like Puss in Boots, King Julien, Alex the Lion and many others. I also love the ‘Hollywood Dream Parade’ where all the movie characters parade on beautiful floaties before the park closes for the day.
